KEEP KEEP KEEP DANCING DANCING DANCING

Greetings dear Readers. It has been far too long since I have last posted here. If you have been with me since the beginning then you are well aware that I do have these long breaks between posts. This site is not really a bloggers site, in the blogger sense of blogging daily, but rather an artist's site that starts and stops and starts again with a regular irregularity.

Now as to the subject of this post. Recently playing around with intaglio prints. Still a bit rough but the ideas are getting across. I have never been about perfection of execution but rather focused on the ideas behind the efforts. This has worked for and against me over the years. This drawing is a statement about the power of love and determination to keep one moving even when wrapped in complex layers of risk taking and physical resistance. The message is simply to not quit. To not allow any sickness or disease to determine your ability to shine through. The numbers are instructions. Each step of the way can be mapped and practiced. Ultimately dancing is a state of mind, not a condition of the body.
