MakerMoves is as much about me forcing myself to dance and move every single day as it is about sharing my dancing and moving. My work as an artist has been leaning more toward video art and object making at the expense of my physical movement practice thus the title of the project. I was also injured pretty bad in a car accident in April of 2014 which severely curtailed the risk I was willing to take for the past years and weakened my dancing considerably. 2016 is the year I try and heal the spirit of my dancing.
